Grand Valley State University President Thomas Haas believes all 15 of Michigan's public universities should remain together on one funding bill. The debate on whether or not to separate Wayne State University, Michigan State University and the University of Michigan from the other 12 are the "wrong questions to spend time on," said Haas. "Instead, we should be talking about how to enhance collaboration among all15 campuses."
